If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

GP Enhanced Access Hours

Need a weekend or evening appointment? Please contact reception at Kelsall for the appointments below.

The GP Enhanced Access Hours Service is designed to provide patients with appointments outside core general practice hours for routine care and is available:

Kelsall Medical Centre: GP and a Nurse or Healthcare Assistant are available.

Tuesday 6.30pm to 8pm

Bunbury Medical Centre: GP and an Advanced Nurse Practitioner are available.

  • Friday      6.30pm to 8.30pm
  • Saturday  9am to 5pm
  • Saturday  9am to 12pm Phlebotomist appointments available

Training closures

We will be closed once a month on the following afternoons for protected learning time for our staff. If you have an urgent medical condition during these times we are closed please contact NHS 111 either by phone or online. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both mobiles and landlines. For immediate, life-threatening emergencies always ring 999.
