Book appointments through reception
The surgery opens between 8.00am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday. You can book an appointment at our reception desk, or by phone, within these hours. Outside these hours please click here to find out where to call.
Book appointments online
You can now book your appointment on line via a secure website, once registered with the surgery.
Click here for the link to Patient Access (Please note this is the same ID and PIN you would use to order your repeat prescription on-line). If you don’t have an access PIN please contact reception.

Appointment policies
All appointments are for 10 minutes. If you feel you require longer than this, please ask the Receptionist to book you a double appointment. Please make every effort to attend morning surgery whenever possible.
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE LET OUR RECEPTIONIST KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT THE TIME CAN BE OFFERED TO SOMEONE ELSE.
If you need to come to the surgery with a child who may have one of the infectious diseases, e.g. chicken pox, german measles please telephone the receptionists first so that arrangements can be made to isolate your child.
Late arrivals
We are unable to see patients who arrive late for their appointments without any form of prior explanation. It is Practice policy if you arrive late for your appointment you will have to re-book.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep a booked appointment with either a Doctor or Nurse then please cancel the appointment giving enough time to allow us to offer it to someone else. Not attending an appointment disadvantages others and makes waiting for an appointment longer.
